About the Firm

A brief statement concerning our firm

I have prepared this home page so that shareholders, prospective shareholders and other interested persons may learn who we are and consult the firm's token and contract numbers without telephoning the receptionist. The office uses calculators, printed charts, electronic spreadsheets and such other equipment as management considers necessary.

Questions commonly received by this office

WHAT IS $STOCK?

$STOCK is the transferable market token launched through its canonical Pons token page on Robinhood Chain. It is the asset accepted by StonksShares.

WHAT IS $STOCKS?

$STOCKS is a non-transferable receipt for deposited $STOCK. Its displayed balance follows an owner-controlled share index. Before freeze, a full exit returns recorded principal only.

HOW DOES THE TREASURY RECEIVE ASSETS?

The Stonks treasury accepts native ETH. During accumulation its owner may use that ETH to buy the current target token through the configured router. The supplied contract does not itself collect or calculate market fees. Holdings are shown in the Treasury File.

WHAT MAY A HOLDER CLAIM?

After treasury closing, an eligible redemption-token holder may claim once. The amount is the fixed target snapshot multiplied by the holder balance and divided by the fixed redemption supply.

HOW DO I VERIFY AN OFFICIAL CONTRACT?

Begin with the identification records immediately above. Follow the linked contract number to Robinhood Chain's public ledger and compare the entire address with the address displayed by your wallet. A symbol or company name is not sufficient identification.
